ZeroFilm DELTA Copyright Statement

Copyright Ownership:

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, video, and software, contained on the ZeroFilm DELTA platform (the "Platform") is the sole and exclusive property of Corporate Shutter LLC ("Corporate Shutter") or its licensors. This includes all content uploaded, submitted, or otherwise made available by users of the Platform.

Copyright Protection:

The content on the Platform is protected by United States and international copyright laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the content are owned by Corporate Shutter or its licensors. No right, title, or interest in or to the content is transferred to you by your use of the Platform.

Permitted Use:

You may access and use the content on the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, sell, or create derivative works of any content.

  • Use the content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, or promotion.

  • Remove any copyright notices or other proprietary legends from the content.

  • Use the content in a way that infringes upon the rights of Corporate Shutter or its licensors.

Violation of Copyright:

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice to Corporate Shutter in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The DMCA notice must contain the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works;

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Corporate Shutter to locate the material;

  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Corporate Shutter to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an e-mail address;

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Corporate Shutter will respond to all DMCA notices promptly in accordance with the DMCA.

Governing Law:

This Copyright Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

ZeroFilm DELTA Trademark Statement

Trademark Ownership:

The name "ZeroFilm DELTA" and the associated logo (the "Trademarks") are the exclusive property of Tyler & Reese Intellectual Properties LLC ("Tyler & Reese"). Corporate Shutter LLC ("Corporate Shutter") is authorized to use the Trademarks under a limited license agreement with Tyler & Reese.

Trademark Protection:

The Trademarks are protected by United States and international trademark laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Trademarks are owned by Tyler & Reese or its licensors. No right, title, or interest in and to the Trademarks is transferred to you by your use of the ZeroFilm DELTA platform (the "Platform").

Permitted Use:

You may not use the Trademarks in any way that suggests you are affiliated with or endorsed by Tyler & Reese or Corporate Shutter, or that you own or have any rights to the Trademarks. You may not:

  • Use the Trademarks in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers.

  • Use the Trademarks in a way that disparages or tarnishes the Trademarks or the reputation of Tyler & Reese or Corporate Shutter.

  • Use the Trademarks in connection with any products or services that are not authorized by Tyler & Reese or Corporate Shutter.

Violation of Trademark:

If you believe that any use of the Trademarks on the Platform violates the terms of this Trademark Statement, you may report it to Corporate Shutter. Corporate Shutter will take appropriate action to address any reported violations, including but not limited to terminating the user's access to the Platform.

This Trademark Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
